Mr. Benson Ngari

Board Chairman

Benson Ngari does not simply audit numbers he architects strategy. With an accomplished career spanning Ernst & Young, Kenya Airways and KTDA Holdings, he has led major digital transformation initiatives, including a landmark SAP implementation, while driving operational excellence across eight diverse sectors. He holds an MBA from the University of Nairobi and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. His guiding principle is that sustainable growth is achieved through the balance of financial discipline, insight and bold visionary leadership.

Mr. Moses Kamau

Founder & CEO

Moses Kamau founded Plenser in 1997 with a simple belief: “Africa can sustain itself.” Twenty-nine years later, he has steered the company from a two-person operation to Kenya’s Top 100 SMEs (4th place, 2013) with the extensive network of global manufacturing partners. A graduate of KeMU and Kenya Polytechnic, Moses is a member of KAM SME Caucus. His focus remains unshaken: manufacturing world-class incinerators, cremators, industrial boilers and steel fabrication in Africa for Africa.

Eng. Faridah Odhiambo

Chief Executive Officer

Eng. Faridah holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, built on a strong foundation in Production Technology. Her core expertise lies in translating complex thermodynamic principles into practical and efficient solutions for industrial operations. As a lecturer at Multimedia University of Kenya and a registered professional engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya, she combines academic excellence with industry expertise. Her leadership training at Strathmore University further strengthens her strategic and managerial capabilities. She is committed to ensuring that every boiler fabricated and every incinerator installed operates with optimal efficiency, safety, and environmental responsibility.

CPA Charity Mwangi

Finance & Administration Manager

Charity Waruguru Mwangi brings ten years of financial management experience across diverse industries, with a strong track record in driving strategic financial growth and operational efficiency. As a Certified Public Accountant, she views budgets not as limitations, but as strategic roadmaps that enable sustainable business expansion. Her expertise in tax planning, risk management, financial forecasting and compliance ensures that Plenser Limited remains financially resilient and well-positioned to take on ambitious projects with confidence. She fosters a collaborative finance culture where data and insights drive innovation, informed decision-making, and long-term value creation.
